Deschamps family is a very numerous family mainly located in La Vega, Dominican Republic, especially in Las Yerbas. 

Let's talk about their origins. 

José Dolores Deschamps Cáceres was born in 1886, in Dominican Republic as the son of Faustino Deschamps Herrera and Valentina De Jesús Caceres Castro. He had at least 4 sons with Ana Josefa Alonso Rosa. He died in 1976, in Las Yerbas, La Vega, La Vega, La Vega, Dominican Republic, at the age of 90.

Faustino Deschamps Herrera was born in 1847, in San Juan de la Maguana, San Juan, Dominican Republic as the son of Saltave (Federico) Deschamps and María Ignacia Herrera. He had at least 3 sons and 3 daughters with Valentina De Jesús Caceres Castro. He died in 1950, in La Vega, Dominican Republic, at the age of 103.

Saltave Deschamps was born in 1831, in La Vega, Dominican Republic as the son of Pedro Nolasco Deschamps Padrón and Clara Cecilia Rodriguez. He had at least 2 sons and 1 daughter with María Ignacia Herrera. He died in 1916, in Bonao, Monseñor Nouel, Dominican Republic, at the age of 85.
